With spring finally in the air, I just get so excited to wear pastels and watercolor tones. Also, a fedora and sloppy side braid make the perfect accessories to flimsy silk dresses and blouses. Too bad it's still a little too cold to go bare-legged. I should be tights-free by April, though!

When I get thinking about delicate colors for spring, I always immediately think of these dresses from McQueen's spring/summer shows ('08+'07). LOVE the precious detail in all of these pieces. That butterfly dress especially...holy moly.

Locks of love

It's that time of year when my hair seems as if it is anything but perfect. Don't get me wrong, I love my hair, but right around this time of year I always want to change something about it. Even if it is just a couple more layers or getting side bangs. Right now, however...I want to do something big. I've never colored my hair before and I so badly want to try it. So, the question is: to Ombre, or to not Ombre? Ill most likely end up not doing anything to it...except growing it out even longer than it is right now. My goal for the summer: belly button.

I know, not an ombre (along with half of these pictures), but I am obsessed

with messy-hippie-naturaly wavy hair that the Olsen's execute so perfectly.
